How long are your products guaranteed for?
All our strollers are guaranteed for 6 months against faulty workmanship. Our Heritage products carry a 2 year guarantee.

I have a problem with my pushchair. Can you please pick this up and repair as soon as possible?
You should firstly contact the retailer you purchased it from. The store you purchased it has direct access to our repairs division.
Will I have to pay for the repair?
If the problem is a manufacturing defect within the guarantee period, then no, we will carry out a repair or replacement free of charge. If you have accidentally damaged the pushchair then we will contact you about repair charges before we proceed.
My product didn’t come with a warranty card, how can I obtain one?
All you need to do is provide us with the following:

A copy of your original receipt
