
Time is a very valuable commodity when your baby arrives, which makes it easy to slip into bad habits. It’s not long before you’re convincing yourself that crisps are part of your five-a-day, the microwave becomes your default method of cooking and you’re on first name terms with the pizza deliveryman. So here’s a nice, quick, easy, lick-your-lips, slurp-your-straw-around-the-bottom-of-the-glass smoothie that you can knock up no time at all (our company record stands at 54 seconds!).
You will need (per portion):
6 Strawberries
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon of bio yoghurt
1 Orange or 50ml of fresh orange juice)
What to do:
De-stalk the strawberries, squeeze the orange, chuck everything in the blender and whizz until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
